BLEEDING GODS hails from the Netherlands and plays extreme Death Metal music.
The band formed back in 2012 by Ramon Ploeg when he left his former band
HOUWITSER. The band also features members of SINISTER, CEREMONY,
DEBAUCHERY, GRIND MINDED & more. The band takes influences from early
Death Metal and melts it with elements of Thrash Metal. They play a grooved out
version of Death Metal music. The music is fast paced with killer Thrash Metal riffs
mixed all through out and some cool old school Thrash grooves. There some great
arrangements in the music takes some of us older Death Metal fans back to the days when
Thrash Metal was starting to evolve into Death Metal music. Mark Huisman's vocals are
done in a mid ranged Death Metal style that are growls but are also understandable. If you
were to combine Randy Blythe of LAMB OF GOD, L-G Petrov of ENTOMBED,
Johnny Hedlund of UNLEASHED & Thomas Gurrath of DEBAUCHERY you get Mark
Huisman. These guys have delivered one of the most impressive full length debut albums I
have heard in a very long time. Every Death Metal fan must own "SHEPHERD OF
SOULS" and have BLEEDING GODS in their collection. PUNISHMENT 18 has done
it again by signing another amazing band and release another amazing album. These guys
fit right at home with all the other great bands on their label! Get this album and crank it
