Starring: Eric Bana, Olivia Munn, Édgar Ramírez , Sean Harris, Joel McHale & more.

New York police officer Ralph Sarchie (Eric Bana) has a lot of personal issues which come more to
the surface when he starts in on his new investigation case. It all starts when he and his partner (Joel
Mchale) are called to the Bronx Zoo. All the power has been lost and everyone has been evacuated.
This all happened when a crazy woman starts screaming and then throws her baby into the lions
exhibit. She took off in the evacuation and the police are now searching for her. They find her digging
in the dirty, with scars, wounds and sores all over her face. She is talking much gibberish so they take
her into custody and just assume she is mentally ill. An unconventional priest finds out about this and
goes to talk to the police officers on the case. He does not think she is mentally ill, but rather
possessed by a demon. Of course the officers don't believe him. They feel everything can be explained
away. As they start taking on more cases with similar incidences they more and more start to believe.
They must now find away to send the demon back to where they came. The film was really dark and
a bit creepy through out. The creepiest thing is that the film was based on actual events. Now
Hollywood always tends to stretch the truth for entertainment purposes, so I don't know how much
is actual real stuff and what was made up. I'm not a big fan of possession movies, but the more recent
newer films I have seen have been pretty good. This film was done by the same people who did
SINISTER & THE EXORCISM OF EMILY ROSE, which I loved both. I believe both of those
films were based off of true events as well. The only thing I didn't like was the ended, because it was
predictable, but I can over look that because it was based on true events. If you dig creepy dark
possession films, then you definitely want to check out
