ETERNAL WISDOM is a one man project out Germany and is the soul creation of
Johannes Tullner. Johannes does all the guitar, vocals & drum work within the band. He also
used to play in the Thrash Metal band BLOODDAWN. ETERNAL WISDOM is a Black /
Death Metal project. His style tends to lean more towards the old school style of Black /
Death Metal. There is a strong European influenced sound that comes from his music. The
Black Metal parts are very fast paced, cold and harsh & remind me of a lot of most of the
Black Metal bands on NECROPOLIS RECORDS back in the day like NIFELHEIM,
DISSECTION, IN AETERNUM, BEHERIT, WAR & USURPER. The music is raw,
intense and has that war like Black Metal vibe all through out. The Death Metal parts of the
band remind me of some bands like BELPHEGOR, OLD MAN'S CHILD,
UNLEASHED & early ROTTING CHRIST. This is one hell of a comparison if you ask
me, so this should be enough for you to seek this release out. Johannes is an amazing
musician and deserves much credit & attention for putting out such a killer release. Fans of
both Black Metal and Death Metal will love this band!!!
