Toronto Canada's FATALITY are back with a new release entitled "PSYCHONAUT.
These guys play an old school style of Thrash Metal music and doing with a lot of energy.
They play classic Bay Area style Thrash Metal with Canadian Thrash Metal thrown into
the mix. They have a no holds barred party attitude that makes their Thrash a fun abusive
ride. FATALITY sound like they come from the '80's style of Thrash Metal music. There
is a high energy, fast grooved out sound all through out. They have a really cool chugging
guitar sound mixed with high speed riffing sound. The drums are done in an almost
Crossover Thrash Metal style, because they have a rougher and raw Hardcore type vibe to
them. The vocals also follow this path with mid ranged Thrash Metal vocals mixed with
some slight Hardcore chants and sing alongs. I grew up in the era of Thrash Metal of the
'80's and saw the emergence of Thrash and Hardcore to create the Crossover sound and
loved it then and love it now. FATALITY has a bit of MUNICIPAL WASTE, HAVOK,
EVILE mixed with EXODUS, ANVIL, THE SPUDMONSTERS & SLAYER all mixed
within their sound. If your a Thrash Metal maniac, then you want to get FATALITY in
your collection. Old School Thrash Metal at it's finest!
