First off this was a killer idea for a film, which I'm surprised that no one has done before now. The
film is done as a pay per view event where eight famous Horror monsters are brought together in a
cemetery to fight it out in a wrestling ring. I had heard a lot of good things about this film before I
ever saw it, but have heard and read nothing but bad things since I have seen it. The monsters are each
announced and brought into the ring to fight each other. The monsters are done a little cheesy and
really don't seem to have the personalities or traits we have come to know of these characters. That's
exactly the way they are portrayed as characters of the creatures. Some of the wrestling moves are
even cheesy and are nothing like watching Smackdown or Raw wrestling. A few of the creatures did
look ok, especially Frankenstein's Monster, which you can see on the cover. The other characters
include Werewolf, Cyclops, Vampire Lady, Swamp Gut, Mummy, Zombie Man & Witch Bitch. This
film is not a great wrestling film nor a great Horror film. The concept was a good idea I just feel it
could have been executed better. I know this was not to be taking seriously, but it still could have been
done better. The best part was that Dave Foley from
one of the main characters!
