Starring: Lance Henriksen, Larry Cohen, Joe Dante, John Carpenter, Darren Lynn Bousman & more.

This is a very cool documentary that covers the American Horror genre from it's early days of silent
films all the way up to today's Horror greats. The documentary is narrated by Horror & Sci-Fi great
Lance Henriksen. They really delve into some of the more popular and not so popular Horror flicks
through out American cinema. There are a ton of film clips and interviews with some of the greats like
Roger Corman, George Romero, John Carpenter & more. It was cool hearing the directors explaining
how much of the stuff in their films reflected on society at the times the films were made. I have seen
many documentaries on the history of the Horror genre and this is one of the best I have seen. I would
recommend every Horror fan to check this out. I could also see a lot of non-Horror fans enjoying this
too, if they can handle all the gore and nudity!
