This movie takes place in a futuristic society in London England, where the government rules
everything. There is a man who shows up & blows up a building in the city to start the revolution.
This man has some personal reasons for the revolution as well as political ones. He does some
pirate broadcast, sends letters to the press & leaves his markings all around town. The people start
to believe his ways & begin to rise up against the government. There is a lot of action in this film,
with some cool fight scenes, but there is also a lot of dialogue that gets really boring at times. There
is a balance of both, so it's worth sitting through to get to the good parts!
