"SUMMER BEAT DOWN" is a compilation release that helps promote the webzine and
online label TAKT24.PL. This is a cool compilation release that exposed me to some bands
I have known and some new ones I have never heard before. This is the exact point behind
music compilations. I have always liked compilation for this exact reason and have even
released some of my own to promote my label and webzine. The music here is mostly
Metal bands of a bunch of sub genres. There is a bunch of Thrash Metal bands like
TERRORDOME, WHOREHOUSE, CROSSROADS & FORTRESS. Then you have
a bunch of Death Metal bands like DEAD GOATS, CALM HATCHERY & DIRA
MORTIS. You also have some of the bands playing styles of Traditional Heavy Metal,
Progressive & Melodic Death Metal, Grindcore, Black Metal, Stoner / Doom Metal &
Gothic Metal. The other bands featured include: SERPENTIA, KETHA, IBLIS, RONNIE
RIPPER'S PRIVATE WAR, EPITOME, TENEBRIS, FORMOSUS, LACRIMA,
BELZEBONG & ALTERNATIVE 4. I'm not sure if this compilation is free or still
available, but check out their store to find out. It's got a lot of killer Metal acts & is well
worth checking out!
