He has a very Italian Operatic style to his singing style. I was really into the music a lot. It's well constructed & has many twists, tempo changes & grooves all through out. The music has a very upbeat & almost Punk Rock style to it, but you wouldn't be able to guess that from the photo on the cover. The music has an 80's Punk vibe with some Metal tinged guitars all mixed through. The pretty much have the Crossover style that was within. These guys reminded me of the great band GOGOL BORDELLO, but just not as strange as them. Check these guys out if you get a chance cause it's a high adrenaling rush of pure fun! |

Most of the music had that 80's Metal sound to it with a lot of that high of typical for this style. They reminded me of JOURNEY a lot, but just not as good as them. The vocalist sang fairly similar to Steve Perry of JOURNEY as well. I'm not a huge fan of this style of Metal Rock, but if this is what gets you going then you'll dig checking this album out! |

The guitars is where I hear the 70's twange coming into pay, but it's a bit more aggressive like 80's Punk. The vocalist reminds me of a cross between THE CARS & Bruce Springsteen. This isn't something I would really like to listen to all the time, but would definately pop it in to give me a break from the Death Metal & Hardcore I mostly listen to! |
